The Jim Fassel Foundation (the "Foundation") was formed
November 13, 2001 to assist the families in the New York Metro area whose lives have been impacted by sudden, unexpected tragedy or illness.

The Foundation will focus a majority of its efforts to those individuals and families that have been impacted by the September 11th World Trade Center tragedy in New York City.

The goal of the Jim Fassel Foundation is to build a fund that these families, who will undoubtedly have special needs, can use as a resource in the years ahead. The Jim Fassel Foundation will be a place that these families could turn to in a time of need, a place that will provide relief with a minimal amount of red tape and bureaucracy.
